Our extremely sturdy KROG beam mounted pull-out-units for wire mesh boxes and crates can be used universally in heavy-duty racks and are ideal for the efficient storage of mesh boxes. They considerably simplify logistics processes in warehouses and factories.

The robust steel construction ensures a high load capacity of up to 800 kg or 1,000 kg depending on the model. Maintenance-free, smooth-running ball bearings allow effortless extension and ensure a long service life without maintenance costs. The extension can be pulled 70% or 100% out of the rack depending on the model, so that goods can be conveniently removed from the back of the mesh box. This allows you to make optimal use of the storage space and increase the efficiency of your warehousing.

The pull-out tray consists of galvanized or powder-coated steel in RAL color 5010 gentian blue or RAL color 7024 graphite grey.

Load capacity and safety

The maximum load capacity applies to a uniformly distributed load. Loading can be done by forklift or crane.
⚠ Note: For safety reasons, only one pull-out-unit may be extended at a time.

The extension weighs 71or 100 kg* and is automatically locked when retracted. Turning the locking bar unlocks the mechanism so that the unit can be pulled out. When pushed back, the extension locks automatically.

Easy assembly & retrofitting

All freely accessible corners are rounded to minimize the risk of injury. The powder-coated or galvanized surfaces guarantee a long service life and high resistance.

Compared to standard pallet pull-outs, this model is reinforced with steel plates at the corners to withstand the special loads of mesh box pallets.

Installation is easy in all standard pallet racks. The pull-out is placed on the rack beams and securely bolted.
✅ Mounting set and assembly instructions are included in the scope of delivery. As standard, we supply a screw set for beam heights up to 160 mm. If you have higher crossbars, please indicate this when ordering – we will supply longer screws at the same price.

Our crossbeam pull-outs can be installed on shelf crossbeams with a depth of 970 to 1,170 mm without any adjustments. If your dimensions differ, we look forward to receiving your enquiry – custom designs are possible.

Optimal use of storage space: three pull-out rails next to each other fit exactly on a 2.70 m wide shelf crossbeam. Please always note the permissible shelf load of your shelf before ordering.
