180° ROTATABLE 

With our new pull out unit with integrated turntable, pallets that have been half picked can be easily rotated by 180°. The goods previously stored in the rear shelf area are then permanently in the front area and can be picked quickly.
The pull out unit can be loaded with up to 600 kg when pushed in. As long as goods are still in the front area of the pallet, the pull out unit does not have to be operated to remove goods. When approx. 50% of the goods have been removed and there are only goods left in the rear area of the pallet, the pallet is turned by 180°. To do this, the pull out unit is pulled out completely and the pull out unit locks automatically in the fully pulled-out state. Only then can the turntable with the pallet be rotated by 180°. The lock is then released in the extended state and the pull out unit can be pushed back.
This means that the pull out unit does not have to be operated for each individual carton, but only once for a full pallet. This leads to significant time savings and ensures ergonomic order picking.
