The HR200 and HR500 series of small forklifts can be individually adapted to the specific tasks of our customers. Not only the load pick-up can be manufactured accordingly, but also the chassis and the lifting height can be easily adapted to your conditions. In the case of the small forklift shown here, we have shortened the chassis considerably at the request of the customer. To compensate for this, a counterweight was installed under the lift, which in turn made it necessary to lengthen the housing.
SIMPLE OPERATION
To protect against unauthorised use, the HR200 and HR500 series mini stackers are equipped with a lock. Before commissioning, the key must be inserted into the lock and turned to the "On" position. Raising and lowering of the mast is done by 2 push buttons as standard. For exact control of lifting heights (no overtravel), we recommend an additional hydraulic system. In this case, the lifting height is controlled via a joystick, as shown in the centre of the picture:
EASY HANDLING DUE TO BUILT-IN CHARGER
The HR200 and HR500 small forklifts are equipped with a powerful battery and a built-in charger. The battery lasts for approx. 100 lifting movements (depending on the load), which is usually sufficient for at least 1 shift. Charging is done via a normal 230 V connection using the charging cable integrated in the control panel.
BIG RANGE OF DEVICES
As standard, the small forklifts are equipped with a fork in a length of 600 or 1.100 mm. In addition to this, we offer different pick-up devices: Platforms, clamp mountings, tilting devices or mandrels are just a few examples, which we often manufacture exactly according to our customers' specifications.
