EASY TO MOVE
WITH HIGH LOADS

The compact storage units were originally designed for us as a stationary storage facility for small parts. However, it soon became apparent that the rack could also be used for many other purposes. Thus, the range of accessories for the compact racks has been continuously expanded in the past years. Among other things, compact racks on castors were increasingly in demand. However, when compact shelves on castors are frequently moved, the high weight, dead weight and load on the drawers, becomes noticeable. Here, weights of over 800 kg quickly come together, which then require a lot of force during the movement - even with easy-running rollers. If the shelf is only moved over short distances and not frequently in this way, the problem does not quickly become apparent. If the Compact storage unit is moved frequently over longer distances, this high effort is a problem. 

For this reason, we have developed a solution that makes moving the compact storage racks much easier: our compact rack with electric drive! We rely on an established solution on the market of an electrically driven roller set, which we install in our compact storage racks. This makes moving the compact racks very easy and the compact racks can be moved easily and without effort even over longer distances within the company.
