Heavy-duty floor mounted pull-out unit with 1.500 kgs capacity load!
ADDITIONAL LEG FOR MORE STABILITY
These floor pull-outs are designed for extra high loads of up to 1.500 kg. Due to an additional central strut, these floor pull-out units have an "E" shape. The load is thus distributed more evenly on 3 heavy-duty rollers instead of 2 rollers as with standard floor pull-outs.
DIFFERENT HANDLE & LOCKING OPTIONS
Different handle or locking variants are also available for our heavy-duty floor pull-out units: Standard or Easy-Action handle and a foot lock. We recommend the choice of an Easy-Action-Handle as the handle variant due to the high load capacity of the pull-outs. This handle significantly reduces the amount of force required to set the floor mounted pull-out unit in movement compared to the standard handle. When using wire mesh boxes or pallet collar frames, we recommend a foot lock, as there is little space between the handle and the transport container (wire mesh box or pallet collars) and there is therefore a risk of the handle being hit during loading. When using a foot lock, the pull-out is unlocked with the foot and the pull-out is pulled out of the transport container.
THREE PULL-OUT UNITS IN A 2.700MM FIELD
Despite the high load capacity of 1.500 kg, the heavy-duty pull-outs do not require any additional space in the rack. Furthermore, 3 pallets or skeleton containers can be stored in a 2.700mm wide shelf field. The available space is used optimally.
EASY PICKING THROUGH 85% PULL-OUT DEPTH
The heavy-duty floor pull-outs have a pull-out depth of approx. 85%. The large pull-out depth enables even goods stored in the rear area of a load carrier to be removed quickly and easily without any further aids: Pull out, remove goods, push back the pull-out! Additional steps which are caused by the use of a forklift are not necessary when using the floor pull-out units. Employees often bend down under the lowest crossbar to remove goods stored in the rear area of the floor level. This creates a high risk of injury, which is completely eliminated when using floor pull-outs.
