Our KROG safety locking system prevents several pallet pull-out units next to each other from being pulled out at the same time. For safety reasons, only one drawer may be pulled out at a time on a pair of uprights, otherwise the stability of the pallet rack cannot be guaranteed. To ensure this, we offer our safety locking system, which stop the other pull-out untis as soon as one pull-out unit is extended.
We offer 2 different versions of our safety lock: One for installation behind the pull-out units and an alternative for installation under the pull-out units. We offer the locking system for installation behind the pull-out units both for our pull-out units with 70 % pull-out depth and for our pull-out units with 100 % pull-out depth. Additional space is required behind the pull-out units for the locking mechanism. Therefore, it must be ensured that enough space is available for the installation.
The locking system for mounting under the pull-out units can only be offered for our pull-out untis with a pull-out depth of 70 %. The safety locking is mounted in front of the rear crossbar of the pallet rack, so that the locking bar is well protected from damage. We offer the locking systems devices for 2 or 3 pull-out untis mounted side by side, on request also for 4 pull-out untis mounted side by side.
