Practical labeling of multi-level rack spaces

KEEP AN OVERVIEW IN HIGH-BAY WAREHOUSES

It is important to keep an overview in high-bay warehouses. Our signs for multi-level rack locations are a practical solution for displaying several storage locations on one sign. The sign is stuck to the rack upright so that your employees can scan the barcode or QR code on the sign at a convenient height or quickly find a high-bay storage location.

The advantages: no long-range scanners are required. Fastening is child's play and can be done in seconds. Compared to individual storage location labeling, you only need a fraction of the time and there is no need for time-consuming sign installation, e.g. with lifting platforms or similar.

For three to four shelf levels, we recommend a height of 20 cm. For four to five levels, we recommend a height of 25 cm and for five to six levels, the multi-level shelf sign with a height of 30 cm is suitable.

CUSTOM PRINT

The lettering on each sign can be individually adapted to your requirements. Both the background and font color are freely selectable. To ensure even better orientation, individual levels can also be displayed in color.

Both barcodes and QR codes are possible. Other visual orientation aids such as arrows or other symbols are also available. Barcodes, QR codes, symbols, e.g. arrows and a third color are subject to a surcharge.

DURABLE PLASTIC

Unlike our marking labels, the multi-level location rack sign is made of sturdy plastic. This means that perforated rack posts, for example, are no problem. The label cannot be easily dented or damaged on contact. Scannability is not impaired. The sign is fitted with two foam adhesive strips as standard.
