Certification according to ISO 9001
OUR QUALITY PROMISE
We are happy that KROG has recently been successfully certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 by TÜV NORD. This confirms our commitment to the highest quality standards and customer satisfaction. ISO 9001 certification is a process in which an independent certification body, such as TÜV NORD in our case, checks and certifies the conformity of a company with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.
Die ISO 9001-Zertifizierung ist ein Prozess, bei dem eine unabhängige Zertifizierungsstelle, wie in unserem Fall der TÜV NORD, die Konformität eines Unternehmens mit den Anforderungen der ISO 9001-Norm überprüft und zertifiziert.
THE CERTIFICATION
The first step was to create written documentation of our quality management system (QMS). To this end, the requirements of the various departments were analyzed and a quality policy, processes, responsibilities and success criteria were defined. Internal audits were carried out to ensure that our QMS is functioning properly and meets the requirements of the standard. We carried out a pre-audit with an independent consultant to identify possible deviations. The main audit was then carried out by TÜV NORD, which verified conformity with the requirements of ISO 9001 standard.
Durch interne Audits haben wir uns davon überzeugt, dass unser QMS ordnungsgemäß funktioniert und den Anforderungen der Norm entspricht. Mit einem unabhängigen Berater haben wir ein Vor-Audit durchgeführt, um mögliche Abweichungen zu identifizieren. Das Haupt-Audit wurde dann vom TÜV NORD durchgeführt, der die Konformität mit den Anforderungen der ISO 9001 überprüfte.
THE SEAL OF QUALITY
As our quality management system meets all requirements and no deviations from the standard were identified, TÜV NORD has issued us with the DIN EN ISO 9001 certificate. This is now valid for three years. The certification is internationally recognized and ensures that our processes and services meet the strict requirements of quality management. We have been working according to identical procedures for many years and are delighted that the quality of these processes has now been independently confirmed by TÜV NORD. It goes without saying that we will continue to work on meeting all requirements in an exemplary manner in the future.
Die Zertifizierung ist international anerkannt und stellt sicher, dass unsere Prozesse und Dienstleistungen den strengen Anforderungen des Qualitätsmanagements entsprechen. Wir arbeiten bereits seit vielen Jahren nach identischen Abläufen und freuen uns, dass die Qualität dieser Prozesse nun vom TÜV NORD unabhängig bestätigt wurde. Selbstverständlich arbeiten wir weiter daran, auch in Zukunft alle Anforderungen beispielhaft zu erfüllen.
