FREE SAMPLES
Sometimes a picture is not enough to get an accurate picture of a product. To help you decide which product you would like to buy, we offer you the opportunity to order product samples free of charge.
Select the product you would like to test in the online store. Then simply click on the "Order sample" button instead of the "Add to cart" button. If there is an item that does not have an "Order sample" button, please contact us. We will then check whether we can send you a comparable product.
Once you have selected and ordered the desired sample, you will receive confirmation of your free sample order by e-mail. Our team will take care of shipping and ensure that you receive the sample as quickly as possible. Shipping usually only takes a few days, depending on the availability of the item.

TEST SHIPPING ITEMS AS SAMPLES
Not only small items, but also bulky items such as pull-outs units or compact pull-out racks can be ordered online as samples. You have 4 - 6 weeks to test the product without obligation. You then decide whether you want to keep the item. If the product does not meet your expectations, simply send it back to us at your expense. If you wish to keep it, we will send you the corresponding invoice by e-mail.
RETURN AND COSTS
You may keep the small samples from the labeling and ECOLINE category free of charge. No return shipment is required. For the large forwarding samples from the storage technology and pallet accessories, a test period of maximum 4 - 6 weeks applies. If the ordered sample does not meet your expectations, simply send it back to us. Please note that the return shipment is at your expense. Our team will handle the return process quickly and efficiently.
Plese note that if you would like to order a bulky item as a sample from abroad, you will also be responsible for the costs of the outward transport.
