Our KROG pallet caps are simply folded into a pyramid shape using a plug-in system. The strapping band is guided through two small openings so that the pallet caps are securely and clearly visible on a pallet. Alternatively, the caps can also be attached with self-adhesive. The pyramids can be used in many different ways and are ideal for visual labelling of pallets or as stacking protection.
In our application example, the packed packages on the pallet with the green pyramid are ready for shipment. The pallet with the red pyramids is not yet packed and must therefore not leave the warehouse. Every employee sees immediately whether the goods are ready for picking or not. The pallet pyramids also serve as stacking protection. If the pallet is not stackable, it will also be marked with the appropriate cap. The stacking protection is fixed to the pallet in no time at all by the practical self-adhesion or by strapping.
