FOR EXTRA HEAVY LOADS

Our heavy-duty pull-out units with handle are designed for extreme applications. They carry loads of 1.000 kg at 100 % pull-out depth or 1.500 kg load capacity at approx. 70 % pull-out depth. The pull-outs' own weight alone is just under 100 kg, and the pull-out height is approx. 200 mm.
Thanks to this extremely solid construction, we can ensure that the pull-out units can easily support these high loads. For both variants, an additional handle is required, either the standard handle or our Easy-Action handle, which significantly reduces the amount of force required when pulling out.

CRANE HANDLING - A TYPICAL APPLICATION

Our pull-outs with 100% pull-out depth at high payloads are very often used in combination with crane systems. Heavy components and workpieces can be placed on the extended pull-out units by crane and stored in a pallet rack. This eliminates the need for a forklift or an ant and eliminates the potential risk of accidents.

REQUIRED SHELF LOADS

The racking requirements for our heavy-duty pull-out units are very high to ensure that the stability of the racking is not compromised. An important aspect here is the necessary shelf loads that shelving units must have in order to be able to use pull-out units. To enable you to check whether the racks you are using are basically suitable for the use of pull-out units, we have developed a table with the necessary shelf loads for the pull-out units. In this table you can see how high the shelf load of the racks must be if you want to mount 1, 2 or 3 pull-outs of one type next to each other on a pair of traverses.

We will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the safety regulations that must be observed when using the pull-out units! Just give us a call and together we will check the possibilities of using the pull-out units in your existing racks.
