Floor mounted pull-out units with loading from the backside
FAST & EASY COMMISSIONINIG WITHOUT REMEDIES
With the help of floor drawers, the goods stored in the rear area can be removed quickly and easily without any aids: The bottom drawer is pulled out at the pull handle of the pull-out, the goods are removed, the drawer is pushed back. No aids such as forklifts or ants are required and the employees do not have to climb under the shelf to remove the goods from the rear area.
The floor pull-outs can be integrated into all existing pallet racking systems as there is no direct connection to the rack components. In this variant, loading is done from the stacker aisle (i.e. the rear side) and removal is done via the pull-out from the picking aisle (the front side)
EDGES AN ALL SIDES & ANTI-SLIPPING-STRIPES
The floor pull-outs can be pulled out of the shelf by approx. 85%, so that the complete stored goods can be reached very easily from the side. Our floor pull-outs are equipped with lateral stop edges, a rear stop edge and anti-slip strips. The stop edges ensure that the load carriers can always be positioned well on the pull-out and do not protrude laterally beyond the pull-out. The anti-slip strips prevent wooden pallets from slipping back and forth on the drawers too much
In order to ensure that the floor pull-outs have a safe straight run, the rear ball bearing mounted rollers run on two rails which must be anchored in the hall floor. This ensures that the pull-outs cannot tilt.
